Refund policy

At Laptop Guru, we are committed to providing quality laptops and accessories. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Cash Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances once a product has been purchased and delivered.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed if:
- The product is confirmed to be faulty or defective;
- The fault occurs within the specified warranty period; and
- The product cannot be repaired after technical assessment.
If the product qualifies for exchange, it may be replaced with:
- The same product model, or
- A product of equivalent value and specifications, subject to availability.
Non-Exchangeable Situations
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Change of mind or customer remorse;
- Incorrect selection by the customer;
- Compatibility issues not caused by the product itself;
- Minor cosmetic issues reported after purchase;
- Damage caused by misuse, liquid spills, drops, power surges, or unauthorized repairs.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be accompanied by:
- Proof of purchase or receipt;
- Original serial numbers intact on the product;
- Complete accessories where applicable.
Products will first undergo inspection and diagnosis by our technical team before any repair or exchange decision is made.
