Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
Handling time: 0–1 business day.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EAT) are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Transit & Delivery Time

Transit time: 0–1 business day after order processing.
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.
Most orders within Nairobi are delivered on the same day or the next business day.
Orders shipped to other regions across Kenya are generally delivered within 1 business day, depending on the courier service and destination accessibility.

Shipping Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Kenya. Delivery times may vary slightly for remote locations, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations within Nairobi County only. A confirmation call or WhatsApp message may be required before dispatch. Orders outside Nairobi require full payment before shipment.
