Warranty, Returns & Exchanges

Products are covered only under the specified warranty period provided at the time of purchase.

Laptop Guru operates a strictly no cash refund policy. Exchanges are only allowed where:

  • A product is confirmed to be faulty;
  • The issue occurs within the warranty period; and
  • The product cannot be repaired after technical assessment.

Exchanges are not allowed for customer remorse, incorrect selection, misuse, accidental damage, or software-related issues caused after purchase.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper handling and use of products;
  • Maintaining proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Limitation of Liability

Laptop Guru shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses;
  • Loss of data, profits, or business interruption;
  • Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, viruses, or power-related issues.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
